⭐ RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY — FRÍVOLA
GENERAL TERMS
We accept returns of unused merchandise in original condition within 30 days of delivery or purchase, subject to the conditions below.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Frívola does not issue monetary refunds.
All approved returns receive Store Credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
After expiration, it cannot be extended, reactivated, or replaced.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased directly from Frívola do not expire and may be used at any time.
Lost gift cards cannot be replaced or recovered.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Must include original box, packaging, and tags
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval
- Exchanges depend on inventory availability
SIZING & FIT DISCLAIMER
Frívola is not responsible for sizing or fit preferences.
Fit-related concerns do not qualify as defects.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Items marked as Sale, Rack Sale, or Final Sale are sold as-is and are:

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once an order has shipped, Frívola is not responsible for carrier delays.
FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Fraudulent claims or chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
